Read the privacy policyUse the cookie banner (bottom right on every page) to set 'strictly necessary only.' Your choice persists in localStorage.
Reset cookie preferencesSet how long we keep call recordings, transcripts, and audit logs for your tenant. Defaults: 30d / 1yr / 7yr.
Tenant settingsRemoves your user account and personal data from our systems. Some records (financial, audit) retained for legal compliance — see retention schedule.
Email privacy@Most fields you can edit yourself in the app. For audit-locked records or migration-imported data with errors, email us with the correction.

Confirm opt-outPause certain processing (analytics, AI, marketing) for your account specifically. Useful during a privacy review at your company.
Email privacy@The dealer is the data controller of your record; we're a processor on their behalf. We'll route your request to them and assist them in fulfilling it within statutory windows.
Submit a consumer rights requestFull sub-processor list with regions in our DPA. We notify customers 30 days before adding any new sub-processor.
